Dual-carriageway connection between Liwa and Tal Moreeb

The project involved building a new dual-carriageway road next to the existing two-lane road to connect Liwa to the Tal Moreeb winter sports venue. The improved road allows for higher speeds and includes emergency laybys, parking, wired-rope barriers, and solar-powered streetlights. The construction tackled challenges like dune sand and sabkha areas and was completed in a record 6.5 months.
