The project involves constructing a new 42 km road linking Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Road (E84/E102) and Al Showaib Roundabout (E60/E55) across Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. The design includes bridges, underpasses, culverts, and stormwater systems. The dual carriageway features 3 lanes per direction, 7 dumbbell bridges, and 3 major interchanges, plus the widening of 8 km of existing road E55.
