CORE provided Conceptual Masterplanning for all phases of Siniyah Island Development and Detailed Master Planning for Phase 1. The scope also covered the design and construction supervision of a 1KM causeway bridge to provide permanent access to the 60 Million sqft island, which is primarily developed for private villas in Phase 1.
