Road Widening and Safety Upgrades

The project widens the existing road from 4 to 5 lanes in both directions, starting from 19st Street to 29th Street. It introduces five laybys for emergencies and ten ramp metering locations at entrances for peak traffic. The scope covers road design, pavement, stormwater, potable water, wastewater, irrigation, and electrical/telecom networks.
